Information we collect

When you submit a request we collect the project details you provide (ZIP code, project type, debris type, placement, container size, timing and any notes) and the contact details you enter (name and phone, plus email and company name if you choose to add them).

We also record standard request context: the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the referring website, and campaign parameters such as UTM values, gclid or msclkid when they are present in the URL.

How we use it

We use your information to process your request, to respond to you about it, and to improve the guidance published on this site. Analytics measurement excludes your name, phone number and email address.

Sharing with providers

By submitting this request I agree that RollOff Select may share my project and contact details with relevant independent service providers so they can respond about dumpster rental options.

Providers are independent businesses. Their own privacy practices, pricing and terms apply once they contact you.

Consent record

When you submit a request we store the time you agreed and the version of the sharing statement shown to you. Consent is never pre-checked.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the request you submitted, or ask a provider directly to stop contacting you. Use the contact details in the email or message you receive about your request.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The version of the sharing statement recorded with your request is the one that applied when you submitted it.
